How to Pick-Up
Please be mindful of ordering to fulfill your needs. Some items do require a minimum order to be fulfilled.
If they are not fulfilled, we will be sure to contact you and will refund or credit you the amount paid.
Ordering will reopen on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM and will close on Fridays at 5:00 PM.
We are grateful for your support, and we kindly ask for your patience on pick-up day. We are fully committed to serving you!
Pick-up is on Sundays only from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM. A pick-up window is assigned to you on Saturday morning. You can request an alternate pick-up window if that time does not fit your schedule.Please read through the below items thoroughly.
- Please do not bring your reusable bag.
- Wear a mask.
- If you bought Kombucha, please bring your glass the day of.
- When you pick up your items, please double-check the order.

We will open for pick-up starting on Sunday at 10 A.M. at the Galveston Historical Foundation's GH&H Depot (3304 Market, 77550)
We will close PROMPTLY at 11:30 AM.
There will be no delivery options / alternate pick-up time if you do not pickup your order.
A pick-up window will be assigned to you by Saturday morning. You'll be able to request an alternate pick-up window here. You can edit your pick up time frame through the form on Sunday morning as well.
I forgot to pick up my order! What happens now?
Any orders that are not claimed are donated.
We cannot credit or refund the value of unclaimed orders. Thank you for understanding!
Pick-up is 100% bike/drive-thru! Takes less than 10 minutes to get your order, from start to finish.
To ensure we are following all CDC guidelines, we ask:
- Please wear a mask.
- Please wash your hands before arriving.
- If you are sick, we insist you have a friend pick up your items for you. You may forward your email confirmation to someone to pick the items up for you.

There's nothing on the store. What's going on?
We close the store promptly at 5:00 PM on Fridays. All the items are removed from the store, so our vendors can prepare for Sunday's pickup.
On Tuesdays at 10:00 AM, we replenish the store with new inventory provided by our vendors.

What if I can't pick up?
A friend can pick up for you! Forward your order confirmation to them.
At pick-up, they can show the order confirmation to our volunteer.
I am missing an item/received a different item/item was less than stellar. What do I do?
